Mellotta Hill is the 2013-2014 Principal of the Year for Cumberland County Schools!

2013-2014 Cumberland County Schools Principal of the Year - Mellotta Hill

Mellotta Hill (Principal of Howard Hall Elementary School) was recently named the Principal of the Year for Cumberland County Schools.  Mrs. Hill is knowledgeable and pleasant.  She is a fantastic administrator with a HUGE heart for children!
